Fatima was the daughter of Aliko’s younger brother, Alhaji Bello Dangote. Alhaji Bello died in the ill-fated plane crash alongside Ibrahim Abacha in 1996. Since her father's death, Dangote, is said to have acted as her guardian and foster father. He single-handedly raised Fatima and trained her through schools.
Fatima Bello Dangote’s remains were interred in London last week.
The Kano-born billionaire is said be devastated by her death. May her soul rest in peace, Amen
